Privacy
App by app: what stays on your device and what gets sent somewhere else.
This website
This website has no analytics, no tracking cookies, no accounts and no contact forms. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The product images are hosted with the site, and the animated demos use sample text. Nothing here uses your microphone.
Cloudflare hosts the website and may keep request logs. Links to LinkedIn open a separate website with its own privacy policy. The apps have the data handling described below.
Island
Island transcribes speech on your PC and keeps recordings and voice history there. You can change how long it keeps them in settings. The app does not encrypt notes, settings, saved file references or voice history.
If you turn on text polishing, Island sends the transcript to the AI service you choose. Weather uses Open-Meteo and sends location coordinates. Lyrics uses LRCLIB and sends the track title and artist. Picking a speech model downloads it to your PC. You can disable these online features.
Clipboard history stays in memory. It ignores items that a password manager marks private. Liquid Glass also keeps screen captures in memory without saving them to disk. Island has no telemetry, accounts or automatic updater.
Lift and Track
Lift and Track are web apps that keep your records on Cloudflare's servers. Track uses your Lift credentials, but you sign in to each app separately. They are for people 16 and older. This section was last updated October 12, 2026.
What Lift stores
- Your username, your first name and optional last name, your verified email address, and your password, which is kept only as a salted hash.
- Your training: programs, calendar, workouts, sets and notes, plus the readiness and bodyweight numbers you choose to enter.
- Messages and comments between you and a coach.
- Form-check videos you upload. They stop being available after 7 days and are then removed by routine clean-up.
- Feedback you send, with the page it was sent from. The page address is kept without anything after a “?”.
- Your theme and unit settings.
Track also stores your food diary. Your coach does not automatically get access to it. When you submit a food description or photo, Track sends it to an AI service for analysis. You check its estimate before anything goes in your diary. The analysis provider has its own rules for keeping submitted data.
Who can see it
A coach can see your training, calendar and messages if you joined with their invite code. Site administrators can see account and training data in order to run and support the service. Your first and last name are shown only to you and to the person who invited you; other people see your username. Your data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for analytics.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts Lift and Track, including the database and video storage. It also runs the check that tells people from bots on the signup and password-reset pages, and it may keep request logs.
- Resend sends account emails (signup, password reset, email changes). It receives your email address and the text of those messages.
- Track's AI analysis service, as described above.
Cookies and IP addresses
Lift uses one cookie to keep you signed in, plus a preview setting that only appears for the site's developers. Neither tracks you across websites. To slow down abuse, Lift counts requests for sign-in, signup and password-reset by IP address. Those counters use a one-way hash of the address and expire within a day. Cloudflare, as host, also sees IP addresses.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, and it takes effect immediately. It removes your account, training records, programs assigned to you, calendar, messages, videos, feedback, name and email, and your Track food diary. A conversation you had with a coach disappears for both of you. Cloudflare keeps database backups for a limited time (up to 30 days), so deleted data can remain in a backup until it expires. You can download your training log as a CSV first.
Questions and requests
For anything about your data, email privacy@kora.science. The Terms explain the rules for using Lift and Track.
Search and Sort
Both run on your PC. Search keeps its settings and an unencrypted text index in your local AppData folder; changing folders clears the previous index. Sort keeps its history in a local database and never uploads files. The version in testing can sort by project, and it only talks to a model running on your own PC.
